APG 0810

Ⅰ.Introduction and Properties:

1.Nonionic surfactant made from natural fatty alcohols and glucose derived from renewable plants.
    2.Superior detergency, wetting and surface active ability.
    3.High solubility in concentrated alkaline solutions and other electrolytes and will solubilize other less soluble ingredients.
    4.Good compatibility with all other types of surfactants and synergistic effects can be found. It can improve the mildness of formulations significantly.
    5.Produces rich and stable foam.
    6.Non-toxic, non-irritating to skin, readily biodegradable.

Ⅱ.Application:

1.APG0810 has properties of excellent wetting and permeability. It is not sensitive to high concentration electrolytes, biodegradable, with no pollution to crops and land, as well as moisture absorptive. Furthermore, APG can effectively reduce the surface tension of liquid pesticides, slow down the evaporation of liquid water, keep the dissolvedstate of hydration to pesticides, improve the plant leaves absorption rate of pesticides. So APG0810 is suitable for pesticide emulsion agent, wettable powder, insecticides and plant growth regulators. It can regulate soil temperature, having significant synergies to herbicides, insecticides and fungicides.

2.APG0810 is low toxic, low irritating to skin and readily biodegradable. So it can be widely used in personal care products and household detergents: day cream, night cream, body cream & lotion, shampoo and hand cream, etc.

3.APG0810 is also a good choice for industrial and institutional (I&I) cleaners, especially for hard surface cleaning and processing for its high alkaline stability and hydrotroping ability.

4.APG0810 can be formulated in bubble water as a foam agent.

Transportation, storage, package

1.This product is non-hazardous material, transported as normal chemicals.

2.Stored under normal temperature for two years.

3.Packing: 200kg or 220kg/new plastic drum; 1.1ton/IBC drum; Or on request.

Notice:

When APG products were stored at room temperature, there would be crystalline precipitate or turbidity due to the presence of alkyl mono-glucoside and MgO or at high pHs, which had no negative impacts on the properties. When neutralized to pH 7, the turbidity would vanish. APG0810 can be prepared according to customers needs (actives 70±2%, pH: 7-10.0).
