Applications

PCR、缺口平移、cDNA合成、随机引物标记和引物延伸等应用中酶促非放射性标记DNA。

说明

Fluorescein-12-dUTP (fluorescein-5(6)-carbox-aminocaproyl-[5-{3-aminoallyl}-2’-deoxyuridine-5’-triphosphate]，荧光素-5(6)-甲酰氨基已酰-[5-{3-氨基}-2’-脱氧尿苷-5’-三磷酸])以1 mM溶液形式提供。pH值经NaOH精确滴定为7.0。

Fluorescein-12-dUTP在Taq DNA Polymerase、phi29 DNA Polymerase、DNA Polymerase I、Klenow Fragment, exo–、Klenow Fragment和逆转录酶催化下掺入新合成DNA产物中。

基本特性

Ex_max = 495 nm; Em_max= 520 nm (pH 9.0),
lambda_max = 495 nm, extinction coefficient = 70.0x10³ M^-1 x cm^-1 (pH 9.0)。

功能检测：Taq DNA Polymerase催化PCR扩增反应。
