ATF4 antibody

ATF4 antibody detects ATF4 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Samples: HeLa cells mock (left) and treated with 2 μg/ml Tunicamycin for 8hrs (right) were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: ATF4 protein stained by ATF4 antibody (GTX101943) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ATF4 antibody (GTX101943) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
