性质：螺旋藻粉是用螺旋藻经过研磨制成的粉末。它比螺旋藻更易吸收。螺旋藻粉是由新鲜的螺旋藻经喷雾干燥、过筛消毒制成，细度一般都在120目。纯正的螺旋藻粉色泽墨绿，摸上去有滑腻感，没有过筛或添加其它物质的螺旋藻会有粗糙感。螺旋藻根据用途不同可分为饲料级、食品级以及特殊用途等。饲料级螺旋藻粉一般用于水产养殖、家畜养殖，食品级螺旋藻粉被用于保健食品和添加到其它食品之中供人食用。

功效：螺旋藻粉营养全面丰富，蛋白质含量高，富含人体所需的各种维生素、矿物质等微量元素。脂肪、纤维素含量低，但所含的脂类几乎全都是重要的不饱和脂肪酸类，此外，它是所有食物中可吸收性铁质含量最高的，富含藻蓝蛋白以及其他大量矿质元素。
