    五、性状：无色或白色硬质结晶，或结晶性粉末。有苦咸味。相对密度2.662，熔点1069℃。1g溶于约8.5ml的水，不溶于乙醇、丙酮，5%水溶液的pH值5.5-8.5.。

    六、用途：调味剂、膳食用代盐剂。

七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料编织袋，每袋25Kg。

八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: It occurs as colorless or white hard crystal or as crystalline powder. It tastes bitter and salty. Relative density is 2.662. 1g dissolves in about 8.5mL of water. It’s insoluble in ethanol and acetone. The pH of 5% aqueous solution is about 5.5 to 8.5.

   6、Usage: It is used as seasoning and salt substitute. 

   7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

1. Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
