Galvanized steel pipe

Galvanized steel pipes are dipped into a protective zinc coating to protect the pipes from corrosion in wet environments. In addition, galvanized pipes are a lower cost alternative to  steel to achieve rust free protection for up to 30 years, while maintaining comparable strength with a durable surface coating.

the galvanized steel pipeline zinc finish:

Pre-galvanized: Z80-120g/ m2;

Hot dip galvanized: Z230-500g/ m2.

Zinc Coating: Pre-galvanized type: 60-150g/m2 — Hot-dipped galvanized type: 200-500g/m2 — Cold-dipped galvanized type: 10-50g/ m2

Pipe Section form: Round/Square/Rectangular/ oval

Ends: thread( screw) with coupling; plain; beveled

Application:

1. For reduced pressure liquid shipment such as water, gas and oil
