二、用途

专用于TPU材料表面处理，经处理过后可自粘、互粘，或与其他材料的瞬间粘接，粘接强度可达材料破坏。

三、特性

完全符合P+R原装按键生产质量的要求，粘好的产品可耐-40度~100度沸水煮测试。

四、操作

清理干净要接合TPU材料表面，及粘合表面去污、去油、待表面干燥。 

用ZS-203处理剂涂刷均匀分布于TPU材料表面后，等表面溶剂挥干（5~10秒），再用胶水粘合。 

1~3分钟后可达TPU材料破坏的强度。

注：TPU元件如果很小，可以全部一次性用ZS-203处理剂浸泡3~5秒后，马上拿起，放置一边；等待表面处理剂挥发干后，再用胶水慢慢粘合即可。

五、注意事项

存储应远离火源、热源、阳光直射。 

超过保存期限的产品应确认有无异常后，再使用。

2. Application

- Specially used for surface treatment of TPU materials. After treatment, self-adhesion, mutual adhesion or instant bonding with other materials can be achieved, and the bonding strength can reach material failure.

3. Properties

- Fully meets the quality requirements for the production of original P+R keys. Bonded products can pass boiling water test within the temperature range of -40℃ ~ 100℃.

4. Operation

- Thoroughly clean the bonding surfaces of TPU materials, remove dirt and grease, and wait until the surfaces are dry.

- Apply ZS-203 primer evenly on the TPU surface, wait for the solvent on the surface to evaporate (5~10 seconds), then bond with adhesive.

- Strength up to TPU material failure can be obtained after 1~3 minutes.

Note: For tiny TPU parts, you may fully immerse them in ZS-203 primer for 3~5 seconds at one time, then take out and set aside. After the primer on the surface volatilizes completely, perform bonding slowly with adhesive.

5. Precautions

- Store away from fire sources, heat sources and direct sunlight.

- Products past shelf life shall be inspected for abnormalities before use.

II. Công dụng

Dùng chuyên xử lý bề mặt vật liệu TPU. Sau khi xử lý, vật liệu có thể tự dính, dính với chính nó hoặc dính tức thời với các vật liệu khác. Độ bền dính có thể đạt mức làm hỏng vật liệu.

III. Đặc tính

Hoàn toàn đáp ứng yêu cầu chất lượng sản xuất nút bấm gốc P+R. Sản phẩm sau khi dính có thể chịu thử nghiệm đun sôi trong nước ở nhiệt độ từ -40℃ đến 100℃.

IV. Cách sử dụng

Làm sạch bề mặt vật liệu TPU cần dán, loại bỏ bụi bẩn và dầu mỡ trên bề mặt dán, chờ bề mặt khô.

Quét đều chất xử lý ZS-203 lên bề mặt vật liệu TPU, chờ dung môi trên bề mặt bay hơi khô (5~10 giây), sau đó dùng keo để dán.

Sau 1~3 phút sẽ đạt độ bền dính làm hỏng vật liệu TPU.

Lưu ý: Nếu bộ phận TPU kích thước nhỏ, có thể ngâm toàn bộ bộ phận vào chất xử lý ZS-203 trong 3~5 giây, sau đó lấy ra ngay và đặt sang một bên; chờ chất xử lý trên bề mặt bay hơi khô rồi tiến hành dán bằng keo.

V. Lưu ý

Bảo quản cách xa nguồn lửa, nguồn nhiệt và ánh nắng trực tiếp.

Sản phẩm hết thời hạn sử dụng cần kiểm tra xem có bất thường hay không trước khi sử dụng.
