Pomalidomide-PEG6-butyl iodide

Pomalidomide-PEG6-butyl iodide is a synthesized E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand-linker conjugate containing a pomalidomide-derived cereblon (CRBN) ligand , a PEG6 linker, and a terminal butyl iodide functional group. It can be used as a PROTAC/targeted protein degradation (TPD) building block for recruiting the CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase in the design and synthesis of heterobifunctional protein degraders. The terminal alkyl iodide provides a reactive site for further chemical modification and conjugation, making this compound useful for the synthesis of functionalized PROTAC molecules.
