(S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG2-N3

(S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG2-N3 is a synthesized VHL E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate containing an (S,R,S)-AHPC (VH032-derived) VHL ligand, a PEG2 linker, and a terminal azide group. It can be used as a PROTAC/targeted protein degradation (TPD) building block for recruiting the VHL E3 ubiquitin ligase in the design and synthesis of heterobifunctional degraders. The terminal azide enables further conjugation through click chemistry, including CuAAC with alkynes and copper-free SPAAC with DBCO or BCN derivatives.
