(S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG3-NH₂ hydrochloride (CAS No. 2097971-11-2), also known as VH032-PEG3-NH₂ hydrochloride, is an E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate containing a VHL-targeting (S,R,S)-AHPC ligand, a flexible PEG3 linker, and a terminal amino group in hydrochloride salt form. It is a useful building block for the synthesis of PROTACs (Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras) and other targeted protein degradation molecules.

The VHL ligand moiety enables recruitment of the von Hippel–Lindau (VHL) E3 ubiquitin ligase, while the PEG3 linker provides a flexible spacer for connecting the E3 ligase ligand to a target-protein ligand. The terminal amino group provides a functional site for further chemical modification and conjugation.
