CDK2/9 Degrader-1

PROTAC CDK2/9 Degrader-1 (Compound F3) is a potent dual PROTAC degrader targeting cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) and cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (CDK9) , with DC₅₀ values of 62 nM for CDK2 and 33 nM for CDK9 . PROTAC CDK2/9 Degrader-1 is designed by linking a CDK inhibitor to a Cereblon (CRBN) ligand , enabling targeted protein degradation through recruitment of the CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase complex.

PROTAC CDK2/9 Degrader-1 effectively suppresses the proliferation of PC-3 prostate cancer cells , with an IC₅₀ of 0.12 μM , and induces cell-cycle arrest at the S and G2/M phases . The compound can be used as a research tool for investigating CDK2/CDK9 biology, cell-cycle regulation, targeted protein degradation, PROTAC technology, and prostate cancer .
