PhosTAC3

PhosTAC3 is a phosphorylation-targeting chimera (PhosTAC) molecule containing a linker with three PEG (polyethylene glycol) units . It is designed to induce the dephosphorylation of PDCD4 and FOXO3a by promoting proximity between the target proteins and the relevant dephosphorylation machinery.

PhosTAC3 provides a chemical biology approach for the targeted modulation of protein phosphorylation states and can be used to investigate phosphorylation-dependent signaling, protein regulation, and the biological functions of PDCD4 and FOXO3a .
