利拉福替尼盐酸盐

It is an orally active, selective and irreversible inhibitor of FGFR2 (fibroblast growth factor receptor 2) with an IC50 value of only 3 nM. It can covalently bind to the Cys491 site on the FGFR2 protein, specifically target FGFR2 gene alterations and drug-resistant mutations to induce the regression of related tumor cells, without interfering with the normal functions of other FGFR subtypes. At present, it is mainly used as a key intermediate in the research and development of anti-cancer drugs, for scientific research experiments and drug development related to tumors driven by abnormal FGFR2.
