KGE^® PVDF Powder Coatings

KGE^® PVDF Powder Coatings are 70% content of PVDF resin. It is fitted with the same type of inorganic ceramic pigments and additives as using in liquid PVDF coatings. The powder coating undergoes a special powder coating preparation process, ending up with the same composition, outstanding weathering characteristics, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties. KGE^® will ensure that your buildings retain their initial look for a long time. The KGE^® coating meets and exceeds the highest AAMA 2605 standards given of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

● Excellent anti-stain, the coating film is smooth to reduce the dust attached

● Excellent corrosion resistance, excellent salt fog resistance, excellent chemical resistance,     resistance to a variety of acid-base corrosive medium

● High hardness, good wear resistance

● Good mechanical resistance, good adhesion

● Baking temperature: 232 ºC, 15-25min.

● Theoretical coverage rate: 10 m²/kg (film thickness, 40-60μm), according to the process method, the work environment, and the surface conditions, the actual spray area is different.

● Storage period: below 30 ºC, 12 months
