二聚酸二异氰酸酯Dimer Acid Diisocyanate (DDI)

Dimer Acid Diisocyanate (DDI), CAS 68239-06-5, is a bio-based aliphatic diisocyanate produced from dimerized fatty acids. Its long-chain structure provides excellent flexibility, non-yellowing performance, low-temperature resistance, adhesion, and low viscosity. DDI is used as a reactive component or modifier in polyurethane and polyurea systems, including PU elastomers, protective and anticorrosion coatings, adhesives, sealants, waterborne polyurethane, textile and leather coatings, and other industrial polymer applications. Typical technical data include NCO content of 13.6%–15%, viscosity below 150 mPa·s at 20°C, density of about 0.924 g/cm³, hydrolyzable chlorine of no more than 0.05%, moisture of no more than 0.1%, and a flash point of about 296°C.
