Description：Larazotide属于一种抑制剂多肽，是由8个氨基酸组成的多肽，同时也是目前唯一针对乳糜泻研发的已进展至Ⅲ期临床治疗药物的主要原料。在生物体内，Larazotide可以促使乳糜泻患者的肠道细胞正常化紧密连接，防止谷蛋白分解产物醇溶蛋白进入体循环和引起炎症反应。

Larazotide is an inhibitor peptide composed of 8 amino acids, and is currently the only major raw material developed for Phase III clinical treatment of celiac disease. In vivo, Larazotide can promote the normalization and tight junctions of intestinal cells in patients with celiac disease, preventing the breakdown products of gluten, such as gliadin, from entering the systemic circulation and causing inflammatory reactions.
