PROTAC MDM2 Degrader-1

PROTAC MDM2 Degrader-1 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) designed to promote targeted degradation of mouse double minute 2 homolog (MDM2), an important negative regulator of the tumor suppressor protein p53.
