TP508 is a non protein hydrolyzed thrombin peptide consisting of 23 amino acids, representing a part of the receptor binding domain of thrombin molecules. TP508 can activate endothelial NO synthase (eNOS) and stimulate the production of NO in human endothelial cells. TP508 activates endothelial cells and stem cells to promote vascular and tissue regeneration.
