名称Batatasin I
描述Batatasin I is a natural product isolated from the tuberous roots of yam plants such as Dioscorea batatas and possesses definite anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities. The mechanism of action of Batatasin I involves inhibition of COX-2- and 5-LOX-mediated eicosanoid production, as well as inhibition of mast cell degranulation through the suppression of PLCγ1 phosphorylation and calcium signaling.
体外活性方法：Batatasin I在活化的小鼠骨髓来源肥大细胞中进行评价，检测前列腺素D2、白三烯C4、环氧合酶-2表达和脱颗粒。 结果：Batatasin I抑制前列腺素D2生成的IC50为1.78 μM，抑制白三烯C4生成的IC50为1.56 μM，抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒的IC50为6.7 μM；环氧合酶-2表达亦降低。[1] 方法：Batatasin I在直接α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制实验中进行评价，并进行酶动力学表征。 结果：Batatasin I通过非竞争性机制可逆抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶，IC50为2.55 mM。[2]
