Eps8 peptide 327 exhibits potent anti-tumor activity and significant cytotoxicity. Eps8 peptide 327 can effectively inhibit cancer cell proliferation, induce apoptosis, and disrupt the EGFR signaling pathway by suppressing downstream signaling (such as IL-2, TNF - α, and IFN - γ) expression and Eps8/EGFR interaction. Eps8 peptide 327 significantly inhibits tumor growth in the HT-29 xenograft model.
