PROTAC BRD2/BRD4 Degrader-19, also known as IBG1, is a molecular glue degrader that promotes targeted degradation of the BET proteins BRD2 and BRD4. IBG1 has been reported to induce potent degradation of BRD2 and BRD4 while showing no significant degradation of the related BRD3 protein. It acts through an E3 ubiquitin ligase-dependent mechanism and can be used as a research tool for investigating BET protein degradation, transcriptional regulation, and cancer biology.
