PROTAC SGK3 Degrader-1 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) designed to promote targeted degradation of serum/glucocorticoid-regulated kinase 3 (SGK3), a serine/threonine protein kinase involved in intracellular signaling, cell growth, survival, and metabolic regulation.
