PROTAC Sirt2 Degrader-1

Sirt2-PROTAC-1 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) designed to induce targeted degradation of Sirtuin 2 (SIRT2), a NAD⁺-dependent deacetylase involved in cellular signaling, protein acetylation, cell-cycle regulation, and stress responses. The compound combines a SIRT2-targeting ligand with an E3 ubiquitin ligase-recruiting moiety connected through a linker, enabling formation of a ternary complex and promoting ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of SIRT2 through the ubiquitin–proteasome system.
