Mechanism of Use 使用原理

This phosphoramidite reacts under tetrazole activation with hydroxyl groups during solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis, forming a phosphite triester intermediate, which is subsequently oxidized to stable phosphate linkage.

The cyanoethyl protecting groups are removed under ammonolysis conditions.
