Description：mSIRK是一种细胞渗透性 ERK1/2 的激活剂多肽，序列中含有15个氨基酸，肽链的N端由Myr封闭，EC50 为 2.5-5 μM 。mSIRK 会破坏 α 和 βγ 亚基之间的相互作用并促进 α 亚基解离，而不刺激核苷酸交换。

MSIRK is a cell permeable ERK1/2 activator peptide with a sequence of 15 amino acids. The N-terminus of the peptide chain is blocked by Myr, and the EC50 is 2.5-5 μ M. MSIRK disrupts the interaction between alpha and beta gamma subunits and promotes alpha subunit dissociation without stimulating nucleotide exchange.
