α-Conotoxin PeIA is an analgesic α-conotoxin peptide, a cyclic polypeptide composed of 16 amino acids with two pairs of disulfide bonds in its sequence. It inhibits α6β4, α9α10, and α3β2 nAChRs. α-Conotoxin PeIA is also an effective inhibitor of N-type calcium channels by activating GABAB receptors.
