Bioactivity

名称STL001
描述STL001 is a potent and selective inhibitor of FOXM1. It triggers the translocation of nuclear FOXM1 to the cytoplasm, promoting autophagic degradation. STL001 enhances the sensitivity of human cancers to broad-spectrum cancer therapies.
体外活性STL001 (1-10 μM; 24 h) 以剂量依赖的方式降低细胞中FOXM1蛋白水平。STL001 (5 μM; 24 h) 使核FOXM1转移到细胞质，并促进其通过自噬途径降解。在U2OS-C3-luc细胞中，5 μM的STL001处理24小时后，FOXM1水平降低，并伴随自噬标志蛋白LC3表达增加。
