体外活性Biotin-PEG-Thiol （MW 2000） 作为功能化配体实验 1.在 Tris 缓冲液（10 mM， pH 8.5）中，将涂有 poly（Tyr-CB） 膜的底物浸入生物素-聚乙二醇-硫醇（1 mM）水溶液中，在温和的碱性条件下固定生物素。 2.在室温下浸泡 24 小时后，用 PBS 冲洗生物素官能化底物，并置于新鲜的 PBS 溶液。 以上信息均来源于已发表文献，具体实验方案请根据实际研究需求进行适当调整。
