名称LPA5 antagonist 2
描述LPA5 antagonist 2 is a highly water-soluble, selective antagonist of the lysosomal phosphatidic acid receptor 5 (LPA5) that inhibits downstream calcium mobilization (IC50 = 69 nM) and cAMP signaling (IC50 = 340 nM) by blocking the binding of its natural ligand, LPA. LPA5 antagonist 2 significantly alleviates CFA-induced inflammatory pain and nociceptive hypersensitivity and can be used in research related to inflammatory and neuropathic pain.
体外活性LPA5 antagonist 2（0–10 μM）能抑制人 LPA5 介导的钙离子动员，其 IC₅₀值为 69 nM；同时也能抑制人 LPA5 介导的 cAMP 生成，其 IC₅₀值为 340 nM。[1] LPA5 antagonist 2（0–10 μM）对其他受体无显著亲和力，并表现出对 LPA5 的良好靶点选择性。[1]
