描述Isoegomaketone is a sesquiterpenoid isolated from the essential oil of Perilla frutescens. It exhibits a broad spectrum of pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-mycobacterial, anti-arthritic, and anti-obesity effects. In immune modulation, it effectively suppresses the production of pro-inflammatory mediators. In the field of anti-infection, it has emerged as a potential novel inhibitor against drug-resistant pathogens such as Mycobacterium abscessus.
体外活性Isoegomaketone 在 RAW264.7 巨噬细胞中通过抑制 NF-κB 通路并激活 HO-1 表达，显著抑制 LPS 诱导的 NO 及促炎因子释放。此外，它对耐药性脓肿分枝杆菌具优异抑制活性，是开发新型抗生素的天然产物先导 [2][3]。
