名称TCO-PEG3-Biotin
描述TCO-PEG3-Biotin is a PEG-based cleavable ADC linker for synthesising antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Its TCO moiety undergoes click chemistry iEDDA reactions with molecules containing tetrazine groups.
体外活性ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker[1].
