Bioactivity

名称Tilatamig samrotecan
描述Tilatamig samrotecan (AZD9592) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) delivering a topoisomerase I (TopoI) inhibitor that targets EGFR and c-MET. It consists of the antibody Tilatamig (T9901A-400), the ADC cytotoxic payload AZ0132, and the linker Mal-PEG8-Val-Ala. Tilatamig samrotecan (AZD9592) induces DNA double-strand breaks and inhibiting the growth of non-small cell lung cancer cells.
体内活性方法：采用来源于非小细胞肺癌（non-small-cell lung cancer, NSCLC）患者的 138 个异种移植瘤模型，包括携带或不携带激活型 EGFR 突变的模型。随后给予 Tilatamig samrotecan (AZD9592) 单次给药，剂量为 8 mg/kg，并评估肿瘤消退（tumour regression, TR）情况。 结果：Tilatamig samrotecan (AZD9592) 可使携带 EGFR exon19 缺失突变或 L858R 突变（伴或不伴继发性突变）的模型产生 71% 的肿瘤消退。[1]
