Bioactivity

名称Daunorubicin
描述Daunorubicin is an anthracycline antibiotic and topoisomerase II inhibitor with anticancer activity, inhibiting DNA and RNA synthesis, and is commonly used to treat acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL).
体外活性方法： 将人T淋巴母细胞白血病细胞系 Molt-4 和转移性人胰腺癌细胞系 L3.6 分别用不同浓度的 Daunorubicin（7 nM–1.9 μM）处理，孵育 72 小时，进行细胞活力检测。 结果： Daunorubicin 显著抑制细胞活力，Molt-4 和 L3.6 细胞的 IC₅₀ 值分别为 40 nM 和 400 nM。[1][2]
体内活性方法： 采用雄性 Sprague-Dawley 大鼠模型，给予 Daunorubicin 静脉注射，剂量为 3 mg/kg，每隔 48 小时注射一次，共注射三次。 结果： Daunorubicin 处理导致大鼠肾组织中丙二醛（MDA）水平显著升高，谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GPx）总活性显著下降；同时引起尿蛋白排泄量、血清肌酐和血尿素氮（BUN）水平升高。[3]
