描述Docosapentaenoic acid (22n-3) sodium is a component of phospholipids. It exhibits inhibitory activity against α-amylase and α-glucosidase, with IC50 values of 17 μg/mL and 22 μg/mL, respectively. Additionally, Docosapentaenoic acid 22n-3 sodium enhances cell viability and has mild anti-inflammatory effects.
体外活性Docosapentaenoic acid 22n-3 (50-100 μM; 24 h) sodium 能够增强骨髓干细胞 (BMSCs) 的活力。它对 α-淀粉酶和 α-葡萄糖苷酶表现出抑制活性，IC 50 值分别为 17 μg/mL 和 22 μg/mL。此外，Docosapentaenoic acid 22n-3 (16 μg/mL) sodium 的抗炎效果比 Phenylalanine 较弱。
