Bioactivity

名称CDKL5/GSK3-IN-1
描述CDKL5/GSK3-IN-1 is a potent and selective CDKL5/GSK3 chemical probe. CDKL5/GSK3-IN-1 potently inhibits CDKL5 and GSK3α/ β, with IC50 values of 4.6 nM (CDKL5), 24 nM (GSK3 β), and 9.5 nM (GSK3α) in NanoBRET assays. CDKL5/GSK3-IN-1 is suitable for research on central nervous system diseases.
体外活性方法：CDKL5/GSK3-IN-1（该研究使用编号SGC-CDKL5/GSK3-1）用于生化激酶实验、NanoBRET靶点占有实验和403种激酶选择性筛选。 结果：CDKL5、GSK3α和GSK3β的生化IC50分别为6.5、4.0和9.0 nM；细胞NanoBRET IC50分别为3.5、10和35 nM。1 μM时仅4种激酶的残余结合低于10%。纳摩尔浓度处理可保护内质网应激的人iPSC来源运动神经元。[1]
