描述Anti-Mouse ICOS Antibody (7E.17G9) is a mouse anti-ICOS IgG2b monoclonal antibody.Anti-Mouse ICOS Antibody (7E.17G9) upregulates ICOS expression, enhances T cell function, significantly inhibits the immunomodulatory effect of dendritic cells (DCs), and breaks transplantation tolerance.It can be used in the research of inflammatory diseases, cancer and xenotransplantation, such as nephritis and tumors.
体外活性Anti-Mouse ICOS Antibody (7E.17G9)（10 μg/mL，48 小时）可显著抑制 MPO/BAY 树突状细胞（DCs）诱导的 IL-10+ Tregs，并抑制 Tregs 活化 [2]。
体内活性Anti-Mouse ICOS Antibody (7E.17G9)（250–375 μg，腹腔注射，第 0、2、4、6 天）显著降低异位腹部心脏移植 PD-1 Tg B6 小鼠的移植耐受 [1]。 Anti-Mouse ICOS Antibody (7E.17G9)（0.2 mg，腹腔注射，隔日 1 次，第 13–25 天）显著抑制 MPO 免疫模型 C57BL/6 小鼠中 IL-10+ Treg 的诱导 [2]。 Anti-Mouse ICOS Antibody (7E.17G9)（100 μg，腹腔注射，第 4、7、10 天）显著延长荷 KPC 肿瘤及 RIP1i 的 C57BL/6 小鼠生存期 [3]。
