描述	Dihydrotestosterone-D3 in Methanol, Concentration: 100 µg/mL (Standard) is a standard preparation of Dihydrotestosterone-D3, suitable for related research applications such as quantitative analysis, quality control, and biochemical experiments. Dihydrotestosterone-d3 is a deuterated analog of Dihydrotestosterone. Dihydrotestosterone is an endogenous sex hormone belonging to the androgen class. It exerts its physiological effects through binding to the androgen receptor.
体外活性	方法：使用Dihydrotestosterone-D3 in Methanol, Concentration: 100 µg/mL (Standard)作为内标IS3，对未结合的合成代谢雄激素进行LC–MS/MS分析。取30 µL容量吸收微量样本或10 µL干尿斑样本，以甲醇提取，并采用正离子电喷雾和多反应监测模式LC–MS/MS分析。DHT-D3用于定量双氢睾酮、甲睾烯龙和诺乙雄龙。结果：DHT的线性范围为1.5–750 ng/mL，r² = 0.9992，定量下限为1.5 ng/mL，检测限和方法检测限均为0.5 ng/mL。DHT在干尿斑和容量吸收微量样本中的提取率分别为75.0–78.5%和80.4–82.7%。^[1]
