Bioactivity

名称Catumaxomab
描述Catumaxomab （LP-000） is a rat-mouse hybrid lgG2 monoclonal and bispecific antibody that binds to the antigens CD3 and EpCAM (Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule) for the treatment of malignant ascites in cancer patients.
体外活性Catumaxomab 在 0 至 5 ng/mL 浓度范围内处理 3 至 7 天时，能呈剂量依赖性地抑制 FaDu 肿瘤球体在与 PBMC 共培养条件下的生长 [1]。
体内活性Catumaxomab 被用于治疗患有 EpCAM 阳性癌症并伴有恶性腹水的患者，采用腹腔内注射方式，在第 0、3、7 和 10 天分别给予 10、20、50 和 150 μg 的递增剂量。治疗结果显示Catumaxomab 明显延长了患者的无穿刺生存期，并降低了腹水中 EpCAM 阳性肿瘤细胞和 VEGF 水平，同时增强了 CD4⁺ 和 CD8⁺ T 细胞的免疫活化状态。[2]
