描述(1S,2R)-2-PCCA is a novel and potent small molecule GPR88 receptor agonist with an EC50 value of 3 nM in the non-cellular system and 603 nM in the cellular system.
体外活性(1S,2R)-2-PCCA 是一种高效的GPR88受体激动剂，在无细胞实验中EC50为3 nM，在细胞实验中为603 nM[1][2]。在稳定表达人GPR88受体和GloSensor-22F cAMP构建的HEK293细胞中，(1R,2R)-2-PCCA通过Gαi耦合途径抑制GPR88介导的cAMP产生，EC50为56 nM[2]。
