名称LCKLSL hydrochloride
描述LCKLSL hydrochloride is a hexapeptide compound and competitive inhibitor of membrane-bound protein A2 (AnxA2) with potential anti-angiogenic activity that inhibits the development of autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) in mice.
体外活性在人的视网膜微血管内皮细胞（RMVEC）中，处理 LCKLSL hydrochloride （0-2 mg）能够抑制纤溶酶的产生，并在缺氧条件下抑制VEGF诱导的tPA活性。[1]
体内活性在两种体内血管生成模型（鸡绒毛尿囊膜和小鼠基质胶栓实验）中，LCKLSL hydrochloride 的应用显示出对血管生成反应的抑制作用。经过LCKLSL hydrochloride 肽处理后，血管长度显著缩短。在5 μg/mL的剂量下，LCKLSL hydrochloride 肽显著减少了血管的分支、连接点和终点数量。[1]
