名称Galbacin
描述Galbacin ((3S)-Zuonin A), the enantiomer of (-)-Zuonin A, acts as an AMPK activator. It can be isolated from Myristica fragrans (nutmeg) and is known to stimulate AMPK enzyme activity in differentiated C2C12 cells. Additionally, Galbacin demonstrates anticancer properties by inhibiting the proliferation of lymphocytes and tumor cells and can suppress weight gain in diet-induced mouse models. It is applicable in research on metabolic syndrome—including obesity and type 2 diabetes—and cancer studies.
