名称4-Amino-tempo
描述4-Amino-TEMPO can be used as a spin label to detect free radicals and the damage they cause, exhibiting superoxide dismutase-mimetic activity, readily penetrating cells to protect them from H2O2-induced oxidative damage. 4-Amino-TEMPO also possesses significant radioprotective effects, effectively protecting DNA from UV-induced oxidative stress damage due to its positive charge retention. In addition, 4-Amino-TEMPO serves as a highly selective oxidation catalyst, widely used in the R&D process of specialty chemicals such as fragrances and pesticides.
