名称GRGDSP
描述GRGDSP (Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser-Pro) is a linear RGD peptide and a fibronectin-derived peptide, and is also an effective integrin inhibitor, which can be used to modify the surface of cardiovascular implants to promote endothelialization.
体外活性在明确定义的GRGDSP表面密度（0~3 pmol/cm2）下，在静态和流动条件下研究了固定化GRGDSP分子对EC功能的影响。随着GRGDSP表面密度的增加，EC的粘附和扩散逐渐增。细胞在GRGDSP上的粘附和扩散诱导了ERK的激活，0.2 pmol/cm2的GRGDSP密度足以激活ERK。[2]
