名称Thanatin acetate
描述Thanatin acetate is a cationic peptide with antimicrobial activity, inhibiting the growth of bacteria and fungi by targeting the LptC-LptA interaction and destabilizing the LptA complex involved in lipopolysaccharide transport.
体外活性Thanatin acetate 与两种 Lpt 蛋白的结合具有高亲和力，LptA 和 LptD 的 Kd 值分别为 16 nM 和 39 nM。 Thanatin acetate（70 μM）下，不改变细菌的内膜通透性。[1]
体内活性Thanatin acetate （1、3、6 mg/kg，腹腔注射）可保护感染 NDM-1 产生的大肠杆菌的小鼠。[2]
