描述Keliximab (SB-210396), a chimeric human/macaque anti-CD4 monoclonal antibody, demonstrates binding affinity for soluble CD4 with a Ki value of 1.0 nM. Keliximab (SB-210396) inhibits T-cell proliferation and IL-2 production, making Keliximab (SB-210396) a valuable reagent for cancer research and immune signaling investigations. Keliximab (SB-210396) is additionally applicable to studies involving CD4-mediated immune activation and lymphocyte functional regulation.
体内活性给HuCD4/Tg小鼠单次静脉注射Keliximab 1mg，能显著减少小鼠HuCD4+细胞数量[1]。
