描述Apoptosis inducer42 is an apoptosis inducer that triggers late-stage apoptosis and inhibits the secretion of IL-6. It exhibits high cytotoxicity toward cancer cells and is applicable in cancer research, including studies on colon cancer.
体外活性Apoptosis inducer 42 (Compound 11) 能有效抑制 SW480、SW620、PC3f、HCT116 和 HaCaT 细胞的生长，IC50 值分别为 5.1、6.3、6.0、4.4 和 14.2 μM。Apoptosis inducer 42 在浓度为 4.4-6.3 μM，处理 72 小时后，会减少 SW480、SW620、PC3f 和 HCT116 细胞的活细胞数量，并能激活这些细胞的晚期凋亡，同时抑制 IL-6 的分泌。
