Bioactivity

名称Cifurtilimab
描述Cifurtilimab (SEA-CD40) is a humanised monoclonal antibody acting as a CD40 agonist. It enhances binding to activated FcγRIIIa, exhibiting anticancer activity for treating pancreatic cancer, advanced solid tumours, and lymphoma.
体外活性Cifurtilimab 显著增强了对 FcγRIIIa 的结合能力（高出亲本 IgG1 抗体 10 倍），从而加强了效应器因子功能，促成比沉默或选择性 FcγR 结合抗体更有效的免疫激活[1]。接触 Cifurtilimab 后可观察到明显的免疫反应，这包括激活 APCs、CD8+ T 细胞、CD4+ T 细胞和 NK 细胞，以及靶向消耗 CD40+ B 细胞[1]。
体内活性在临床前小鼠模型试验中，Cifurtilimab 与化疗药物结合应用，显示出提高的抗肿瘤效果[2]。
