Bioactivity

名称Erinacine C
描述Erinacine C inhibits the NF-κB signaling pathway and activates the Nrf2 signaling pathway, exhibiting antioxidant, neuroprotective, and anti-inflammatory biological activities.
体外活性Erinacine C(0.1–10 μM，处理 24 h)可抑制 BV2 小胶质细胞的增殖，并能减少 LPS 诱导的 BV2 细胞中 NO、IL-6 和 TNF-α 的生成，同时促进 HO-1 的表达 [2]。
体内活性Erinacine C(2 mg/kg，腹腔注射，连续 5 天)可改善 mTBI 大鼠的运动功能，具有神经保护作用 [3]。
