描述Taurochenodeoxycholic Acid-D4 Sodium, in Methanol, Concentration: 100 µg/mL (Standard) is a deuterated standard of taurochenodeoxycholic acid, suitable for quantitative analysis, quality control and biochemical experiments, as well as related research. Taurochenodeoxycholic acid is one of the key bioactive components of animal bile acids; it can induce cell apoptosis and exhibits significant anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory activity.
体内活性方法：采用24只体重200±20 g的Sprague-Dawley大鼠，包括12只雄性和12只雌性，分为四组，每组每个性别3只。Taurochenodeoxycholic acid-d4 sodium salt以1.16 mg/kg/day连续灌胃7天，单独给药或与金胆粉及另外两种氘代胆汁酸联合给药；在第1天和第7天给药后0–24 h采血并采用UPLC-MS/MS分析。 结果：在GBP+3DBA联合组中，第1天雄性和雌性大鼠TCDCA-d4的Cmax分别为22.3±4.74和58.5±18.5 nmol/L，AUC0-24 h分别为173±58.9和834±286 nmol·h/L。第7天雄性和雌性的Cmax分别为59.9±9.63和102±23.8 nmol/L，AUC0-24 h分别为565±170和802±101 nmol·h/L；蓄积比分别为4.06和1.43。[1]
