Bioactivity

名称Tositumomab
描述Tositumomab is a murine IgG2a lambda monoclonal antibody that selectively binds to the CD20 antigen expressed on the surface of normal and malignant B lymphocytes. Tositumomab is widely utilized in research for B cell-targeted therapies, immunological studies, and the development of radioimmunoconjugates for cancer treatment.
体外活性在 SU-DHL-4 细胞中，Tositumomab (0.4-10 μg/mL) 作用​​15分钟​​即可诱导强烈的​​补体依赖性细胞毒性（CDC）[2]。
体内活性在小鼠人 Raji 淋巴瘤细胞移植瘤模型中，Tositumomab (131I-tositumomab) (2,035 kBq) 可抑制肿瘤生长并延长存活期[1]。
